He sold this company to Fernz in 1998, which became Osmose in 2000

He had a management contract there until 2008. He is now an independent consultant to the industry, with many business interests in this industry

Responsibilities: Obtaining new sales and new customers, managing new plant installations and all technical services to customers

Rick has been In the timber preservation industry over 15 years

He was involved in commencing Independent Preservative Suppliers in 1997 as Director and Company Secretary
|

Rick joined Fernz Timber Protection later, to become Osmose Australia. In 2001 he became Regional Manager servicing South East Queensland and northern New South Wales

Rick joined TimTech Chemicals in May 2008
|

He holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
|
|
•

Rick has just celebrated the birth of his first child, Toby and is a keen hockey player and Manager of the Redcliffe Division one men’s team in the Brisbane competition
